Provide condition reports on all roof types: flat, sloped, commercial or residential. Is a re-roof needed or will maintenance prolong the life of your current roof? If so, how long?  Provide a maintenance plan.

Attic inspection
Is your attic responsible for the early failure of your roof? It could be. Adding venting can prolong the life of your old roof. Not enough vents on your new roof can void manufacturer’s material warranty.
